Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you Exchange.

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

The 7 days to make an exchange are counted from the day you receive your order. If you want to make an exchange, you can:

1. Return the product for credit in-store. The credit will be granted once the product arrives at the store and is verified. 

2. Request an exchange: The new article will be sent once we receive the product to be exchanged. 

 

Refunds:

We do not make any refunds.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be Exchange.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at arisaccessories.usa.gmail.com.
