Shipping policy
To return your product, you should mail your product contact us; arisaccessories.usa@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING RATES
- The STANDARDshipping method is by USPS for domestic.
Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2-5 days after shipped.
- The EXPRESSshipping method is by UPS for domestic.
The Express shipping fare packages should arrive in two business day after shipped.
The packages should arrive within 3-6 days after shipped. Shipping times DO NOT included Processing time which can take from 2-4 days.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
NOTE: ARI’S ACCESSORIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.
PROCESSING
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 -4 business days after placing your order for processing.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to the sender ARI’S ACCESSORIES due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact the client if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification
with the tracking information.
Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking
page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply
